Why Choose Me As Your Agent?
Cheryl moved to Coastal Oaks in Nocatee in 2015 after previously living in New Jersey and Southern California. After enjoying a few years of "Nocatee Life", she and her family desired to be closer to the beach and moved to Ponte Vedra by the Sea in Ponte Vedra Beach. As a real estate advisor, Cheryl finds value in working with all types of buyers and sellers. From new construction to renovations to investments to relocations, she has personal experience in all areas and uses her knowledge to guide her customers.
Prior to real estate, Cheryl used her professional degree in pharmacy for over 20 years in hospital pharmacy practice and with multiple Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson and Bristol Myers Squibb. She also was a franchise owner of a successful Hand & Stone Massage and Spa location in Long Branch, New Jersey. This invaluable entrepreneurial and corporate experience provided her the foundation for her superior sales and customer service skills.
Cheryl is also very active in her community. She gets great pleasure with her active involvement in the philanthropic Ponte Vedra Women's Civic Group and as a Board of Directors member on the Ponte Vedra High School Football Team Booster Club.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, hot yoga, walking on the beach, and wine. She's been married to college sweetheart, Jim, since 2000 and has four children, Jake, Cali, Caia and Jena. They can often be found at the beach, in their pool or at the kids' many sports activities - which includes cheering on their son who is a member of the University of Michigan football team and watching their daughters cheer and dance. Their favorite pastime as a family is going on vacations and spending time together all over the world.
